Cafe Bengodi in Seattle

Cafe Bengodi on Urbanspoon A very small Italian place right on the corner with about 10 tables. Though some parts were falling apart, it was cozy and colourful, with the place was run by one guy upfront. It was around 2pm and the streets outside was really quiet as everyone was watching the Sea Hawks Super Bowl game.  We wanted to eat and leave Seattle before the game ended and everyone came out onto the streets to create chaos and traffic jams.

It came with tuna, tomatoes, capers, oregano, olive oil and garlic. Overall, it was on the sour taste, but for me, that was good cuz I liked things with lemon or vinegar. The tuna seemed to be just out of a can. The portion was only slightly a bit too much, but overall quite satisfied with the dish.idearabbit_cafebengoni_seattle7

Pastaria Tonno $12

Sheepie told me that the toilet wasn’t working and had some weird setup with how it was built. I didn’t go and hoped I would run into a different bathroom elsewhere.
