While shopping at Aberdeen mall in Richmond, a friend suggested Sheepie and I try the egg waffles $3.95 each which is an eggy leavened batter cooked between two plates of semi-spherical cells. I ordered the Green Tea, Sheepie naturally had the chocolate, and his friend ordered the cheesecake. Sheepie also ordered a cold Milk Tea $2.

The cashier told us it would be a 10 minute wait, but I think it was closer to 15 minutes. Cashier was friendly despite the long lineup, but the person who was serving the food wasn’t.

I am not sure what kind of ingredients they used for the Green Tea. If they mixed in matcha powder into the egg batter, then they must have used a lot to make it so green. It’s the only reason I can think of that kept me awake till 7am! (yes, I am extremely sensitive to caffeine T_T). Next time, I’ll stick to plain or strawberry…
