After dining at Miku, and loving their Aburi Sushi, I was looking much forward to trying it again at their sister restaurant at Minam, located in trendy Yaletown.

The first time we were there, we had the private room for about 20 people. We we seated along one side of tables arranged in a big square. It was through this group meeting I met my friend for the first time.

I of course ordered the Salmon Aburi Oshi Sushi $16. Indeed it was rich and delicious. Maybe because it’s a bit pricey, you slow down to savour each little bite. Mmmmm….

Second Time

The friend I had made the first time and I returned for a late lunch on a rainy day. Our server was very friendly and professional. I love the open space, the modern decor, and the trendy interior furniture.
Yes, I had the Salmon Oshi Sushi $16 – again. LOL. I just love them!
