For the fast-food type restaurant/atmosphere, the noodles here are quite overpriced. We actually had walked in before in Kits, and walked out because of the price, but since we hadn’t given it a chance, we decided it was time.

The restaurant seems to be falling apart with leaky roofs and a door that doesn’t close properly. There were cold drafts that didn’t make us happy.

I ordered Pad Thai $13 and Sheepie had the Thai Style Chow Mein. I had mine without peanuts, but had all the rest; egg, garlic, ginger, onions, sprouts, peppers, carrots, cabbage and herbs. Oddly, both our bowl looked pretty much the same. It seemed there were more sprouts than noodles…

As we ate, we saw the guy who ordered way before us impatiently waited for his to-go order. We weren’t sure what he ordered, but it was definitely taking a long time.

The cashier/order taker was very friendly, though the rest of the hipster-chefs seemed a bit grungy. There was a pot with ready-made tea, unfortunately, it was pretty close to being empty so I only got half a cup and the staff seemed too busy (or careless) to refill it.

The food was alright, but not worth what we paid. We wont be returning.
