Ener-g is the company’s name. I happen to find this @ Safeway and thought I’d give it a try. The day after purchasing it, I thought I’d make some sandwiches. But blah! It tasted awful! Ok, not so much the taste, but the texture. It was like eating powder, or bread that’s gone bad – minus the mold. I’ve eaten bakery made from rice that was super delicious (will blog about that bakery soon ) so I know it’s not impossible to make good bakery from rice.
