Being used to coffee shops (or two) on every corner in Vancouver downtown, it was a little hard to find a cafe in Chilliwack for some afternoon snack which wasn’t Starbucks.
Luckily, we stumbled upon Decades as we drove around in the pouring rain. The cafe looked pretty new with a loft for more seating. The staff were pretty friendly.
We ordered a tall Pumpkin Spice Latte $4.25 and a Cookie $2.10. The cookie was super soft. Yay! The latte had real cream, not those super light foamy creams that comes out from a spray can. The latte was good.
The interior had nice decor and even the bathroom had inspirational quotes. “You don’t have to be perfect. Inspire others by how you struggled to become one.” or something like that.
It was laid back, and the tables nicely arranged apart so that you had some privacy. A great place to meet up with friends to catch up.
