To meet up with a friend Sheepie and I thought we’d check out Butter. It was a very chic place, with pastel, soft greens and pink. Their branding was well done, and one could spend more time just looking not only at the food, but the design as well.
I got myself a small cupcake $3.25. But it was too buttery and sweet. Enough so, that I had to give the leftover to Sheepie who was happy to take any sweets to satisfy his sweet tooth. It looked pretty, but the custard was cold and hard. I like fluffy, airy, soft custards – usually found in Asian cakes.
I had a pot of the Organic Vanilla tea.
Super cute place, but unfortunately, I am not the right target for their sweets. Still nice cafe to catch up with friends!
